The experience delivered by Sims Inspections was top notch. From the scheduling of the appointment to the delivery of the thorough and well-organized report, everything was handled with professionalism and courtesy. I needed a 4 pt. inspection performed on a rental home. It's always frustrating trying to coordinate an appointment between the renters, myself and the company. Sims Inspections did a fantastic job for us at a very reasonable price. I was in a hurry to get my roof inspected so my windstrom policy would not cancel and Sims Inspection came to my house within 2 days after I called. They were prompt, and very efficient. The Web site was easy to access with all photos, wind mitigation forms etc for inurance company quickly view/use. My insurance agent was also so pleased with the web site that they plan on recommending Sims Inspections for cusomers who are looking for a home inspection company in the Pensacola area. He did a very thorough job and made sure that I was aware of every issue, regardless of how minor they were.
