Septic Inspection

Septic system inspection is not included in our services offered.

If you are in the process of buying a previously lived in home that is on a septic tank system, we strongly encourage you to have the system inspected by a professional septic system contractor before closing on the sales transaction.

A properly performed inspection can prevent you from unknowingly inheriting a problematic system. There are few inconveniences, frustrations, and embarrassments that can compare to that of a poorly functioning septic system.

Conventional septic systems are not entirely carefree. The undigested solids (sludge) in the bottom of the tank should be pumped out every 2 to 4 years, depending on usage and tank capacity. If the sludge is not removed periodically, it will eventually carry over into the leach field and cause the field to fail.
